Well, Joe.. I started out at 145!!!!

And Yes, Amy, I got my bands and the DVD. I brought them with me to Boston, and I'm going to use them! I did an hour on the elliptical machine on Thursday, and I'm about to do abs for 10 minutes before I jump in the shower. Getting back into it, however slowly! Thanks for the reminders.

Hope you got the dvd and the bands in time for travel this weekend! I KNOW you are working out in the midst of socializing! ;) Your guest spot on Fitness Attack was a hit - I'm going to attempt one of those ideas in an upcoming Fit Life! You haven't logged any results but I'm sure you are too busy working out - so show us the progress so we can keep you motivated! You can do this! ~amy
